Healing has been my calling for as long as I can remember. My passion for massage therapy began in high school and has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping others move with greater ease, live with less pain, and reconnect with their bodies.
After first attending massage school in Vancouver, Washington, I realized life had other plans. Years later, I returned to pursue my dream, graduating from massage therapy school in Port Angeles, Washington, in 2003 and earning my Washington State massage license that same year.
My career has taken me across the country, allowing me to learn from exceptional healthcare professionals and serve clients with a wide range of needs. After relocating to Montana in 2004, I opened my private practice in 2005 and worked closely alongside chiropractors, expanding my knowledge of musculoskeletal health, injury recovery, and therapeutic treatment. I also had the privilege of working within a hospital’s Chronic Pain Clinic, where I gained invaluable experience helping individuals manage long-term pain and improve their quality of life. In 2020, I brought my practice to North Carolina, where I continue providing personalized therapeutic massage designed to restore movement, relieve pain, and support whole-body wellness.
Over the past 20 years, I have continued my education in both clinical and holistic approaches to healing. While my foundation has always been deep tissue therapy focused on pain relief and improving range of motion, I believe every client deserves an individualized treatment tailored to their unique needs.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, living with chronic pain, experiencing limited mobility, or simply seeking a place to relax and recharge, my goal is to provide thoughtful, compassionate care that helps you feel better not just during your session, but long afterward.
